Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of product receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date. Complaints that are considered to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you or your customers encounter a problem with the products or any other part of the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address is set to the Printful setup by default. When we receive a return, you will be automatically notified by email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If the Printful facility is not used as a return address, you are responsible for any returned mail received.

Incorrect Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is deemed inadequate by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).

Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery to you or your end customer (if applicable).

If you have not registered an account on printful.com and have not added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or an unclaimed shipment will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your expense (without us issuing a refund).

Printful will not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders containing face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be discarded.

Customer Returns - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning products. Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to regret. Product returns, face masks and size exchanges are at your own expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you must place a new order for a different size face mask or product at your expense. Customers residing in Brazil who regret a purchase must contact our customer service and express their willingness to return the item within 7 consecutive days of receipt, attaching a photo of the item. The withdrawal request will be subject to an examination to determine whether the product has been used or destroyed, even if only partially. In these cases, a refund is not possible.

Information for consumers in the EU: According to Article 16 letters c and e of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the rights of consumers, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:


1. the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,

Printful therefore reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be drafted and construed in the English language, notwithstanding any translation made for any purpose.
